Ordering Information

  All Vinyl and MixCDs available on our website have an mp3 or realAudio Audio sample.  We use metafiles to link to our audio samples so that playback starts faster and you can more easily configure what program you want Audio samples to play in.  If you experience any issues with our audio files, and if you are not sure how to configure your computer to open .m3u or .ram metafiles, refer to your audio program's help pages or support forums.  Usually there is a "file associations" settings option in most audio programs that allows you to configure your computer to run the program when an audio metafile is downloaded.  (A metafile is a small text file with the url of the actual audio file.  This allows your browser to download the metafile almost instantly and then the OS passes it to the audio player who can then immediately begin streaming the audio.)
  New releases are added throughout the week, as we have shipments that come in from many different distributors and on different days.  You can subscribe to our new releases email list, which is sent approximately every week.  You will then get an email periodically that lists the new releases and restocks.  When you get the email, this indicates that the new releases have been uploaded to the website, and it is the best time to place your order to insure you get first pick of the newest releases.

  Order confirmation – After you submit an order via our shopping cart system, a receipt will immediately be sent to your email address.  if you don't receive one, be sure to call or email us so we can verify your order and contact information.
  Secure shopping – Our site is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption technology, ensuring your personal information cannot be accessed by hackers.
  We make no charges to your credit card until your order is pulled and is ready to ship.  If any items are missing from your order, your card will not be charged for those items.
  If an item you order is out of stock, we will not bill you for it or send it to you later.  If you would like to receive an automatic email notification when an out of stock item comes back in, just add the item(s) to your shopping cart, click on the "Submit Order" button and then enter your email address.  You can do this for any items on our site that are out of stock, and our system will then automatically re-order the item(s) from our distributors.
  We accept the following forms of payment:  Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), ATM Cards (must have one of the credit card logos shown at right), Money Order, Check, and C.O.D.
FOR THOSE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
A C.O.D. orders cannot be sent outside of the US.
B We cannot insure packages sent outside of the US, and assume no responsibility for lost or damaged packages sent outside of the US.

If you are not ordering from the U.S., Canada, U.K., E.E.C., Japan, Australia, New Zealand:  Credit Card orders can be accepted only if you fax copies of the credit card, your passport or official ID, and a bill or other documentation that shows the card billing address and the card issuer's phone number.  Your shipping and billing addresses must be the same.
  Our shopping cart system presently works based on your IP address.  If you disconnect from the internet while shopping, the contents of your cart may be lost.  (most internet service providers dynamically assign IP addresses.)  if you have any problems with our shopping cart or webpage, please let us know.
